Time until next rankupdate bug #745

The Counter for time until next Rank is bugged. On live it updated ever thursday 8 pm GMT iirc.

It didn´t fix it

now the time is stuck at -15318d:14h:52m:6s, doesn´t countdown.

Also: the time can be viewed as neutral as well and shows even if you dont have a single point. The time showed only for chars, which had at least 1 GCW Point. bug
