As an update on our Google AdWords experiment, here's how we are doing so far. In sum, our click rate is less than 1% (hovering around 0.3-0.4%). This seems bad but not sure how to improve.
Note that I have very little idea of what I'm doing and just learning as I go. The keywords that we paid for are getting more and more expensive--perhaps because of counter bidding. Here's the keywords we've been using so far along with their stats (ordered by # of impressions). Unfortunately, because we have not yet hooked up the conversion tracking stuff, we have no idea if any of these clicks that we paid for actually converted. :)
As discussed on Slack, there was very little increase in traffic during the period of using Google Adwords. Thus, we have decided to pause the Google Adwords campaign.
