Fix Loading Screen #2513

When one zooms out or is on a high res monitor, the loading screen looks very out of place.

And the loading screen can look messed up on places other than Gallery, but it looks the worst on Gallery :)

It's also unfortunately pixelated. I wish I did a better job with the animation! Looks fine as a Slack emoji!
