FIX Warrior spells #539

This is my warrior fix for some warrior spells:

Victory rush - fix damage - 56%AP

Bloodthirst - fix healing 0,5% of max health (without talent bonus)

Shockwave - fix damage with calc talent Thunderstruck.

submit things through Pull Requests we don't accept fixes from bug tracker, unless there just for ideas and/or reviews, which can be done on the forums

here is patch for fix warrior spells

Victory rush - fix damage - 56%AP Bloodthirst - fix healing 0,5% of max health (without talent bonus) Shockwave - fix damage with calc talent Thunderstruck, now consume Thunderstruck Thunderstruck apply only with Thunder Clap now.
