Poison have 0% Chance to Apply .. Tested with talent, without talent on different types creature

this ones confirmed, we haven't changed over the poisons system yet... some of the individual spells attributes and dmg %'s have gotten fixed... but the method of applying, is done differently in cata, it is more like a buff, thus wep requirements are unneeded anymore, you just need to have wep in slot. and apply the spell...
