where did these come from? http://pastebin.com/zhpYPZ85 is another 'cleaner' way of SQL query (Batch query)

ATM we are having issues with REP items, namely with guild vendors, but there's others that are acting the same, where items are on the vendors tables, but are not being shown if players are not at qualified REP... not sure atm whats causing this, but working on it. All items should be shown on vendors,
