The Book http://www.wowhead.com/item=39362 is not spwned or not showing up if you spawn it. If you Set .GM ON then you can see it.

This is related to the issue, that you cannot see Objects in other Phases. In here it's said, that they are working on it:

Dunno, if that is still the fact, because nobody heard of that phasing for a looong time...
