[SPELL/ROGUE] Vanish #935

Current behaviour:

Vanish just puts you into Stealth.

Expected behaviour:

Vanish should also give you the buff Vanish which gives you improved stealth for 3 seconds.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Make a rogue,
  2. Cast Vanish > see that you get no Vanish buff

Bonus bug: Vanish should remove combat from the caster.

Bonus bonus bug: Vanishing close to multiple NPCs can trigger some interesting stuff.
