Resolution settings behave incorrectly [Bug] #251

Issue Description

 Typically the player is able to cycle in one direction of all of the resolution options for the game for example: 480, 720, 900, 1080, then back to 480. While loaded into a world the resolution changes occur immediately, as opposed to the title screen where you must select apply first. Changing resolutions typically blacks out the screen for a moment before being applied, but over all causes little to no issues.

 Instead when cycling resolutions the player is able to select a resolution option of 0x0, once the game attempts to apply this resolution it causes a general engine crash. If loaded into a world that means the second it is selected, but for the title screen it is able to be seen as an option, but must select apply to crash the game.

 To my knowledge this could be due to my monitor, however I do not have another monitor to test, and it does not occur in vanilla. I had taken no action in my world and had simply loaded in to immediately adjust my resolution as it started at 480 due to a config file reset.

Reproduction

 Cycle resolutions, Going through a move so don't have my actual set up available. I am using a Sony Wega Trinitron KV-32HS420. I typically reserve it for older consoles but it is the only screen that I currently have available.
