[Minor Bug] The Cough Drops accessory reacting to buffs and not only debuffs. #445

Issue Description:

I have the Cough Drops accessory, and whenever I am close to a campfire or a sunflower and then go out of its range, it gives me the temporary speed and damage boost that it is only supposed to give when debuffs wear off.

A thorough description of the problem, including: Expected behavior: Nothing is supposed to happen because "Cozy Fire" and "Happy!" are buffs and not debuffs. Actual behavior: Whenever I destroy or get out of the range of the campfires and/or sunflowers, I get the boost from Cough Drops. Mod list: Starlight River Reproduction: Just simply equip Cough Drops and go out of the range of campfires or sunflowers. I am able to reproduce this consistently.

Just tested something. It also happens to the buffs you get from Banners.
