Add FaceSteak Fix to patch notes #656

Part of the review from TripleFate on SuperAndyHero's PR "Fix FaceSteak Drop" I assume 2.5.1 is the correct patch location.

It is not. we are on 2.7 assuming we're doing another patch before 3.0

I just realized that the branch that Andy was using was out of date. The latest patch notes on master and 0.2.6-fixes point to the 0.2.6 patch notes listing. I'll have to port the changes that Andy made to a new branch and update the patch notes listing to 0.2.7 (which wipes all notes away in favour of the new notes).
