Some members missing from Cumulative Damage Tab #19

Just started the parser and it did not pick up all party members after
starting it twice, yet they appear on the Offense tab.

Have an example this time :)

Was never entirely sure whether this was bugged.  Using the new Performance tab
instead of the DPM tab, all party members show up, though they each have 
different
numbers of fights they participated in.  Marking as fixed.
