Parser doesn't start unless "read existing logs" is marked. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Kparser.
2. Make sure "read existing log files" is unchecked.
3. Start a parse.

At first I thought it might simply be some sort of lag or similar problem,
however for whatever reason, a new parse will NOT start (I've waited upto
an hour) if "read existing log files" is unchecked. Once I check that box,
works just fine.

Adjustments have been made to fix issues with reading from log files. This
should be
working fine now.
