Japanese Text isn't recorded in the chat log #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the parser.
2. Find a JP Player.
3. Make him/her talk.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chat will list any Japanese characters as ???? instead of the proper 
kana/kanji. The FFXI log files do have the correct Japanese in them.

Unable to replicate.  Have Far Eastern Language Packs been installed via the OS
language tools?

I've double checked numerous parses with Japanese text, and haven't found any 
where
said text is not displayed.  Have to assume this is due to the setup on the 
user's
computer.  Closing as WorksForMe/Invalid.
