Can't shift-click to select a group of mobs in the custom mob filter box #40

because it's a CheckedListBox rather than a regular ListBox, so I need to
check each one by hand.  I would prefer to be able to use shift-click to be
able to select a large group of mobs faster.

Implemented requested change, though with adjustments to deal with context menu
issues.  Also added a label to show the currently selected count.
