Auto-translate chat text

Is it possible to and a auto trans function to translate japanese/etc into 
english?

Technically, perhaps, but for all practical purposes not likely to happen.  If 
you
have a particular third party tool you'd like to send chat lines to (assuming 
you
mean from chat text) for translation, I may be able to work something out for 
that,
though.

what about the google translate code? it translates as you type, or via input, 
perhaps a window on the parser that sends the lines to the translator window as 
they 
appear?

I've done some digging, and I think I can make use of the Google Translate API 
to
translate the text.  I'll need to do some work on how to handle setting up the
interface in the program itself, though, but this should be feasible.
