This issue is for tracking the effort to translate the parsing of the game
for the German client.

The following file (in particular, the LoadGermanStrings function) contains the 
base
text of all the different messages that KParser parses.  They will need to be
converted to the translated equivalent, and then tested in a German version of 
the
FFXI client.
