Wrong DArate parsing ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Equip Double Attack Gears and kill 1k+ monsters (Parsed)
2. Check Extra Attack tabs
3. Discover DArate parsed =~ 2x less than equipped %

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.12 on Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
I made 2 parses on Colibris to test AF3+2 procrate (which is on double attacks 
for war). That's how i discovered KParser found very low DAs attacks (compared 
to 33% i had equipped).

I made my own parse also, based on RawData plugin from KParser. Found 
approximately 35% DArate for 1st parse.
