Hi/low values don't mesh with average.  Investigate.

Should be fixed with r1751.  Hi/Low values were only being calculated per 
mini-update while actively parsing, while average was calculated from the full 
accumulated data.  Supported by the fact that completed parses do not show this 
issue, and the fact that the high/low values shown above are sometimes the same 
value.
