Add divertor plasma and engineering #97

As usual, start by looking at what is in GASC. We will want to trace open field lines in the SOL and replace some GASC assumptions with specifics of current equilibirum.

Food for thoughts. Pros of single null plasma:

Maintenance above --> few PFs
Divertor below --> lots of PFs for long leg and strike point control

@jguterl any progress adding 0D model to design div leg? We need to start including divertor heat flux constraint in the FUSE optimization workflow.
