Make compatible with FiniteElementHermite v1.0.0 #6

There was a change the FE_rep structure that requires 29d9e5a0f43b235b8ae34d509944773a84aca095.

Using a fixed quadrature number gives a modest boost, but d4c7722f9b397fca07246fb432a6b57afaf40b67 is optional. We could probably make it a runtime option
