The documentation looks fine, so this issue can be closed.

But now I see that IMAS already defines index 100. I guess we'd never do an extension that would want to turn 100 into -100 to distinguish the native magnetic axis from our extension to the magnetic axis, because there's only one magnetic axis. So I guess collisions won't happen. Okay, I guess there isn't a problem.
