Plot display issues: some elements do not appear, multiple legends, etc. #39

Reported by Sebastian in the 20240201 meeting. Sorry, I didn't get a screenshot. I think some more interferometer chords were added but they were not displayed correctly. Trying to plot the IDS after some modifications resulted in multiple legends that were not arranged nicely, and this did not seem to be a case where multiple legends were justified, anyway.

@sbdepascuale maybe you can add detail? Please edit this or add comments as you see fit to explain the problem.

@sbdepascuale Thanks; how many chords should appear in the plot? What is the interferometer setup in the IDS?

This issue duplicated https://github.com/ProjectTorreyPines/SD4SOLPS.jl/issues/35 . I'll close the other one as this has some discussion already.
