Added a very basic Godot Mono (C#) config
Unable to test it because of unifree bugs on my machine (yaml is valid however)
Needs to be reviewed (not sure about all the flags in target and source/csharp)

Unfortunately can't get unifree to run at all on my system. Hence the "Unable to test it because of unifree bugs on my machine"
