Replace Cocos2d with Cocos Creator #37

Cocos Creator is currently the main stream product of Cocos which supports both 2d and 3d, it also have a similar Editor and Node Component design like Unity, it will make the transition much easier. Especially for scenes, prefabs, materials, animations and particle systems. Thanks for you guys to include Cocos.
