Locale is set as constant to EN in ExcleWriter in util package. Also, I've wrote a small tool for putting all local setting in the test output! Just scroll console up and you'll see.
Having said, I try to avoid localizing the generated excel sheet by setting the global worksheet local to EN and keep everything the way it was before.

Just one last thing. Please open the generated excel file and have a look if all stats are calculated. The data are randomly generated but min, max, median and stdv should be there if it works correctly.

patched localization stuff. Please merge, puil and run test aka:
In case the test passes, please look into the Result folder. there should be a file "test.xls"
if not, please send me a gist with the output.
