AllowDuplicates=true to md2-chips #283

I think it would be great if you could add AllowDuplicates=true to md2-chips

BTW, in multiselect chips I can still see on the dropdown the duplicate value. it can be selected again and only then the input filter it.

@megetron There is no meaning to add duplicate chips. We will not provide any support for this
