Migrate Swift: I've just used Xcode upgrade tools, no manual changes required.
Update Readme for CoreLocation

Yeah we cannot do this, we promise support Swift 3 through 5. We already updated to Swift 4 in the xcodeproj which is required, so Carthage no longer supports Swift 3, but we cannot force Swift 5.
