As a Marketing Manager I need To list new promotions So that I can view the back end promotions directory

Details and Assumptions

-I know how to list a promotion -Have access to viewing all promotions

Acceptance Criteria


 Given I have a place to list a promotion
 When I list a promotion
 Then I am able to view and manage all promotions
