As a Marketing Manager I need to update a promotion
So that I can keep the promotion up to date

Details and Assumptions

-Multiple updates may be needed per promotion, as new information comes up

Acceptance Criteria


 Given I need to update a promotion
 When I click the ‘update’ button
 Then I am able to update the promotion for the customer to see
