As a Marketing Manager I need to delete a promotion So that I can remove promotions that are no longer applicable

Details and Assumptions

The promotion is being permanently removed

Marketing manager has access to delete promotion

Acceptance Criteria

Given I want to delete a promotion
When I delete a promotion
Then I am no longer able to see the promotion
