As a Customer
I need to read the promotion
So that I can apply the promotion to my total

The customer is aware of the promotion


Given the promotion is valid
When the customer is ready to purchase
Then the promotion is executed

Currently a pull request. Updated routes.py file for reading a promotion. In the Get Index section of the file.
