As a Development Team Member I need a codecov report So that I can easily see code coverage metrics on pull requests

Leverage slides from Lecture 6 (Continuous Integration)

Acceptance Criteria


Given a pull request is ready to be made
When the pull request is made and all tests have run
Then a codecov report will be available
