As a Marketing Manager I need to be able to view newly added promotions in the UI So that I can see a comprehensive list of all promotions

Details and Assumptions

Assume the product is deployed to the cloud

Assumes our database is linked to the front end UI

Acceptance Criteria


Given the server is running
When a user views a refreshed promotions page
Then a comprehensive list of all promotions will appear
