As a Marketing Manager I need to update promotions in the UI So that I change promotion details at will

Details and Assumptions

Assume the product is deployed to the cloud

Assumes our database is linked to the front end UI

Acceptance Criteria


Given the server is running
When a user updates a promotion
Then the update appears in the database
