As a Marketing Manager I need to list a new promotion in the UI So that I can add new promotions at will

Details and Assumptions

Assume product is deployed to the cloud

Assume our database is linked to the front end UI

Acceptance Criteria


Given the server is running
When a user lists a promotion
Then the promotion is active
