Deprecated Carbon Component Manager #599

On Mac OS X, installed with brew, you receive the following error message. Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Support for this will be removed in a future release. Also, this makes the host incompatible with version 3 audio units. Please transition to the API's in AudioComponent.h.

For the record, @rdj fixed this issue in the upstream library with a PR, so if you installed with homebrew the easiest fix is to just upgrade the library in question:

brew upgrade libao
