create default collection + default config collection #83

created a test one with id 86. you need to ask me for the seed of that one and add it to the .env though in order to be able to use it in our script.

We have a collection for testing now. I think we should create a new wallet and new collection once we complete testing so will leave this open for now.

config Collection is 102 and default public collection is 103 for production
