Missing road types (network extensions) #6

Some of the road types have been added (such as OneWay3L, 2L Highway, etc.) but there is at least one missing; the two-way three-lane road. However, there may be more missing.

Thanks. I've been meaning to do this for a while but keep putting it off. I'll get onto it soon and sort the new roads out.

I'd do a pull request but the latest commit gives me errors in game - something about RoadNamerManager. Anyway, this seems to be working for me with commit fa9a655. Shows the 8 lane road, 2 lane road with turning lane, and the 2-way alley. Should be showing the 1-way alley too but I didn't have any in my city to test.

Most of the Network Extensions roads do show fine, but there's some new ones added recently that I haven't put in yet. I will get these in as soon as I can, or at least update the repository so it's not a mess.
