1) Birthdays 2) Weddings 3) Proms 4) Funerals 5) Parties 6) Fairs 7) Black friday!

Football/naseball/hockey matches/concerts/movies. Vanilla EventManager works fine for them. This issue Refs #2 since it's much easier to make an event when building's name makes sense
