Our working assumption is that we'll use the OpenIDConnect evidence schema as constructed for Digital ID verification. This is possibly over-complicated but if we are, we should just reference it here.
Can probably remove it from the Schemas directory either way - the schema is available at https://openid.net/schemas/verified_claims-12.json
