At Kotini, we remove these requirements from our fork as we believe the act of making a vouch or collecting data from a trusted source is in itself the declaration. What the schema is trying to achieve with confirmationOfAccuracy and consumerProtectionRegulationsDeclaration is remanence of the form based approach and I don't think it can be truly be represented as intended.
