Adding a polish:skin label to this issue because there is code in OverlayInformation.kt to display all bases and drones in the game, but all the code is commented out and not tested due to a lack of skin for the UI components used to achieve this.

Changed out polish:skin for polish:ui because the skin has SelectBox now, but the programmed SelectBox behaviour in OverlayInformation is not correct.
