not parsing.. #4

@elm4ever what was the initial issue with the server not parsing transactions? i forked this from electrum-ltc-server, which is scrypt, and the coin im building it for is also scrypt. it looks like the code is made for sha256 though. i finished the client, and the server allows client to connect, but cant parse a single transaction..
