Do remove block and debug fantom chapter #54

Change in SofriaRenderFromProskomma

  1. Remove block In config
  2. No more request in for loop
  3. No more modification of config field
  4. Error when chapters not in document is given

change in Test/code/SofriaRenderFromProskomma

  1. new test to know if error is thrown when given an invalid chapter
  2. modification of test to suit new nomenclature
