add bootcamp links #52

  1. ensure information in README for: main, XP component, Projects
  2. update project card template to include: if bootcamp
  3. update code to check if bootcamp is true then providing different info for card template
  4. add tooltip to show that it is an affiliate link (need to stay legal)

prepped data to include links - need to add into code logic for updating the Text in project cards for Bootcamps so they include a link with tool tip (that explains it's an affiliate link)
