Several changes, A) especially on instructions to compile on UBUNTU 20, B) downloading and running the daemon, C) integrating the to bring versions up-to-date. D) Merged text from Prosus academy ( http://wiki.prosus.money/doku.php/en/mineria_ubuntu ) E) Changed about to indicate updates in 2020 in the (C)

Still missing to update libqrencode to latest version as per raised IS
