E.g. by number when running the different parts of the database search: (1/3) SearchGUI (2/3) PeptideShaker (3/3) Writing tsv file This will be different when running multiple MS runs
For the R scripts, as this is not doable to date, at least write a text for the user to wait. Or even better, report back when all cells become idle again?

Much better now, especially for the R scripts (which was a major hassle).

I will close it now, but we still could improve more.
