R version lets new bioconductor packages fail #86

This is mostly a placeholder while I am checking further.

The installation of development version Bioconductor/Biogenerics fails as it needs R 3.6 instead of available version 3.4.4

Update: We either install the newest R version from a non-standard Ubuntu repository or wait until it MSnbase gets update with the required features.

Adding the newest cran repository solved this. Now also with stable R packages
