Create an option to query for all data of tracked summoners #44

Title. Would be good to know that in each game of the tracked summoners, data for all participants are here. Might enable only with production API key.

Ok, so this was implemented and it is UNSTABLE. https://github.com/Protectator/LoLarchive/commit/48ae3b69ce529aee502152c0c5434837e2244a18 This just does TONS of API requests, takes TENS OF MINUTES to execute and moar time to execute all the SQL queries. I'll keep this for now but I highly recommand keeping it turned off in the configuration (I'll add this in the config file). I may or may not improve this in the future. If there's no demand, I surely won't do it at all. For now, I consider this done as the option is still present if you really know what you do by enabling it.
